And the south side southward The southern frontier shall be from En-gedi, called Hazazon-tamar, 2 Chronicles 20:2, to the waters of Meribah, or strife, in Kadesh, in the south limit of Judah, and from thence to the river of Egypt, namely, Besor, which runs into the sea not far from Gaza.
