Out of Zion The place where he was supposed to reside, and where he would now sit in judgment; the perfection of beauty The most amiable place of the whole world, because of the presence, and worship, and blessing of God; God hath shined Hath manifested himself in a glorious manner; hath illustriously displayed his infinite and glorious perfections. Some versions read it, Out of Zion, with perfection of beauty, God hath shined, or will shine.
