I will praise thee with my whole heart With a sincere, affectionate, and devout heart. I will show forth all thy marvellous works I will discourse, in the general, of thy manifold wonders wrought for me, and for thy church and people formerly. The particle all is here, as it is often elsewhere, taken in a restrained sense. I will rejoice in thee In thy favour and help vouchsafed to me.
