They shall call the people unto the mountain. — Or, they shall give the mountain-call to the peoples — i.e., they shall call the tribes of Israel to Mount Moriah to offer the sacrifices of righteousness. (See 2 Chronicles 30:11; 2 Chronicles 30:18 for an illustration of this.)
