If the Reader will count the number of the different routes and stages of Israel, he will find the number amount to two and forty. It began from the borders of Egypt, and extended as far as the plains of Moab. Reader! nothing can be more improving than for the truly pious believer to mark down the memorandums in his own experience of the LORD'S gracious dealings all the way that he hath led him through the wilderness, to show him what is in his heart.
