Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
Here is a divine precept, and a divine promise sweetly blended. And in many other parts of scripture we find the same confirmed. Isaiah 42:16; Psa 55:22; 1 Peter 5:7.
