Is not this one of the well-known offices of the Mediator? Was it not said of him, under the spirit of prophecy, the king shall joy in thy strength, O Lord, and in thy salvation how greatly shall he rejoice t Psalms 21:1. Hence, therefore, it is one of the blessed offices of our great Head and Saviour, having accomplished redemption by his obedience and death, to proclaim by his Spirit Jehovah's salvation in the Church and through the earth.
