In Genesis 25:29 Esau missed his venison and lost his birthright. Was he now to miss it again and lose his blessing?

Genesis 27:3

3 Now therefore take, I pray thee, thy weapons, thy quiver and thy bow, and go out to the field, and takea me some venison;
