The Septuagint uses this word for tab'nith in Exodus 25:40, whence this is quoted, but in Hebrews 8:9 of the same chapter uses for the same Hebrew word paradeigma, which does not occur in the N.T. Compare the verb in Hebrews 6:6.

5 Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, that thou make all things according to the pattern shewed to thee in the mount.
