the good Shepherd. the Shepherd-the good [one]. Connect this with death, and Psalms 22. connect the "great" Shepherd with resurrection (Hebrews 13:20), and Psalms 23. and connect the "chief" Shepherd with glory (1 Peter 5:4), and Psalms 24.
