sons of. Apure Hebraism, used with reference to origin, destination, or characteristic. Sparks are "sons of fire" (Job 5:7); threshed corn is "a son of the floor" (Isaiah 21:10); Judas "a son of perdition" (John 17:12); sinners' natural condition "sons of disobedience" (Ephesians 2:2; Ephesians 5:6).

thunder. The name is Aramaic (App-94.), allied to Hebrew In Hebrew "thunder" is kol = voice: i.e. the voice of God (Exodus 9:23; Psalms 29:3.Jeremiah 10:13; Jeremiah 10:13).
