Then said Solomon, The Lord hath said that He would dwell in the thick darkness, Leviticus 16:2. As St. Paul expresses it: He dwells in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen nor can see, 1 Timothy 6:16. The union of the believers with the Lord is still hidden from the eyes of men; it is invisible and will not be revealed until the last Great Day.
