Now, the building that was before the separate place, literally, "the off-place," apparently a building where the refuse and offal of the Temple-worship were deposited, at the end, toward the west, was seventy cubits broad; and the wall was seventy cubits broad, for at the great festival seasons the amount of waste material was very great; and the wall of the building was five cubits thick round about, or of the same thickness as the wall farther toward the front, and the length thereof ninety cubits.
