Therefore is judgment far from us, the Jews themselves complaining that the sentence of deliverance is not spoken in their behalf, neither doth justice, deliverance and salvation, overtake us, they cannot reach them, cannot help them; we wait for light, for good fortune and happiness, but behold obscurity, misfortune and destruction; for brightness, but we walk in darkness, in the very midst of disaster.
