He that walketh In his uprightness feareth the Lord, for the fear of Jehovah is the guiding principle in the life of the upright; but he that is perverse in his ways despiseth Him, that is, his contempt of the Lord shows in his crooked and malicious conduct, which no amount of outward religious activity can cover.
