v. 22. Whoso findeth a wife, the words implying an earnest and wise search, findeth a goad thing, for a virtuous wife is a true helpmeet for man, and obtaineth favor of the Lord, for such a wife is abundant evidence of the Lord' s merciful kindness and truly belongs in the Fourth Petition.
