Erastus abode at Corinth; of this Erastus see Romans 16:23. He was the chamberlain of Corith, so he abode there. Paul sent him into Macedonia, Acts 19:22. But Tropimus have I left at Miletus sick; Trophimus was an Ephesian, Acts 21:29, one of Paul's companions, Acts 20:4; he was left at Miletum, a city in Asia, not far from Ephesus.
