Because that prophecy must be fulfilled which we find, Isaiah 49:6, the apostle infers aright, that they were commanded to publish Christ unto the Gentiles; for how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? Romans 10:14. I have set thee to be a light; all knowledge is ignorance, and all light is darkness, without Christ.
