Neither is there salvation, for soul or body, in any other person or thing. For there is none other name; because in distress men did usually call upon their false gods by name, as, O Baal, hear us, 1 Kings 18:26. Under heaven; whether patriarch or prophet, priest or king; especially referring unto Moses, in whom they did trust; and therefore under the gospel especially we must lift up our hearts.
