Was cast out; exposed and left, Exodus 2:2, &c.; now was the time for God to take him up, as in Psalms 27:10. Pharaoh's daughter, an enemy to God's Israel; yet God did make use of her to bring tip and educate Moses, who was their deliverer, adopting him for her son, Exodus 2:10, and giving him education accordingly.
