The daughters of Zion; the women; as hitherto he reproved the men. Walk with stretched forth necks; affecting stateliness, Psalms 75:5, and to seem tall. Wanton eyes; or, as others, twinkling with their eyes in a lascivious manner. Walking and mincing as they go, after the manner of loose and wanton persons. Making a tinkling with their feet, by some ornaments which they wore upon their shoes.
