Upon a lofty and high mountain, in high places, which were much used for religious worship, both by Israelites and by heathens, hast thou set thy bed; thine altar, as appears from the sacrifice here following, in which thou didst commit spiritual whoredom with idols. Compare Ezekiel 23:17,41.
