Tel-abib— Tel-abib is generally supposed to be a town in Mesopotamia near the river Chebar. The remainder of the verse is to be understood in the same manner as Job 2:13.

15 Then I came to them of the captivity at Telabib, that dwelt by the river of Chebar, and I sat where they sat, and remained there astonished among them seven days.
