Galatians 3:17

Four hundred and thirty years after,— The first celebrated promise was made to Abraham when he was 75 years old, Genesis 12:3-4 and from this date of it, to the birth of Isaac, when Abraham was 100 years old, Genesis 21:5 was 25 years.

Isaac was 60 when Jacob was born, Genesis 25:26. Jacob went into Egypt at 130, Genesis 47:9 and the Israelites sojourned there (according to the LXX. Exodus 12:40.) 215 years; which completes the number. See Acts 7:6.
