As the living Father hath sent me, &c.— "As it is my meat and drink to do the will of the Father, who is the fountain and author of life and happiness; as I nourish and delight my mind, as man, with the punctual execution of all the orders that he gave me when he sent me into the world; so he that eateth me, he that cordially and perseveringly believes my doctrine, experiences the power of the truths which I deliver, and obeys my precepts, shall find therein perpetual nourishment and refreshment to his soul."
