Fools because of their transgression— The foolish, who depart from his way, and are brought low by their iniquities.—Ver. 18. The reader will observe throughout the whole translation of this psalm, a very irregular interchange of tenses; which it may be sufficient to have noted once, and to add, that in general the verbs should be translated in the present tense.
