The sons of Amram; Aaron and Moses: and Aaron was separated, that he should sanctify the most holy things, he and his sons for ever, to burn incense before the LORD, to minister unto him, and to bless in his name for ever.

Ver. 13. And Aaron was separated.] (Exo 28:1-43 Heb 5:4). So was Paul, Rom 1:1 and so is every faithful minister "separated unto the gospel of God" (ib.). See Galatians 1:15 .

And to bless in his name.] See Numbers 6:23. To pronounce God's blessing upon his people, is no small part of a minister's duty: to blame, surely, are they that slight it.
