Fernelius (holding that each saint hath his angel-guardian) tells us out of the rabbins, that Adam's angel was called Raziel, Abraham's Zachiel, Isaac's Raphael, Jacob's Peniel, and Moses' Metraton. But this may as well pass for a Jewish fable.
