To draw away disciples] αποσπαν, to tear them limb from limb by a violent avulsion and distraction, compelling them by their persuasions to embrace those distorted doctrines, διεστραμμενα, that produce convulsions of conscience, Deuteronomy 13:5. Such are said to thrust men out of God's ways.
