When thou shalt vow a vow unto the LORD thy God, thou shalt not slack to pay it: for the LORD thy God will surely require it of thee; and it would be sin in thee.

Ver. 21. Thou shalt not slack to pray.] Come off with it round and readily, as those Zec 5:9 that had "wings," and "wind in their wings," Habent aulae suum cito, cito God loves a cheerful giver.
