Ver. 18. The glory of his inheritance] The glory of heaven is inconceivable,Revelation 21:1,27, search is made through all the bowels of the earth for something to shadow it by. No natural knowledge can be had of the third heaven, nor any help by human arts, as Aristotle acknowledges. The glory thereof is fitter to be believed than possible to be discoursed.
