And they shall make an ark [of] shittim wood: two cubits and a half [shall be] the length thereof, and a cubit and a half the breadth thereof, and a cubit and a half the height thereof.
Ver. 10. An ark.] Chest, or cabinet, wherein to keep the two tables of the law, signifying thereby that "Christ is the end of the law," covering the imperfection of our works.
