Have ye not seen a vain vision, and have ye not spoken a lying divination, whereas ye say, The LORD saith [it]; albeit I have not spoken?
Ver. 7. Have ye not seen a vain vision?] i.e., I appeal to your own consciences, have ye not falsely feigned all? Seducers are extremely impudent, with perverse minds, and cauterised consciences.
