Ver. 10. The Lord hath made bare his holy arm.] Nudavit, id est, exeruit, in answer to your prayer. Isa 51:9 God oft answereth his praying people ad cardinem desiderii, a as Augustine saith, letteth it be to them even as they will. Scanderbeg ever fought against the Turks with his arm bare, and that with such fierceness that the blood did oftentimes burst out of his lips.
