When he uttereth his voice, [there is] a multitude of waters in the heavens, and he causeth the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth; he maketh lightnings with rain, and bringeth forth the wind out of his treasures.

When he uttereth his voice.] Again, when he thundereth, Psa 29:3 it raineth amain, lightneth in the midst of the rain (which is a great miracle), and bloweth for life, as we say, no man knowing whence or whither. Joh 3:8 All which wondrous works of God may well serve for a theological alphabet, and cannot be attributed to any god but our God.
