I cried unto thee, O LORD: I said, Thou [art] my refuge [and] my portion in the land of the living.
Ver. 5. I cried unto thee, O Lord] I ran to thee, as my last refuge, in the fail of all outward comforts. Zephaniah 3:12, they are an "afflicted poor people"; and being so, "they trust in the name of the Lord."
