And my soul shall be joyful in the LORD: it shall rejoice in his salvation.
Ver. 9. And my soul shall be joyful in the Lord] This was what he aimed at in his foregoing imprecations, viz. the glory and praise of God, and not his own wreaking his spleen upon his enemies.
