And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.

Behold, the tabernacle] His special presence both of grace and glory is with his elect. See Ezekiel 37:7; Ezekiel 37:28 .
He will dwell with them] He will indwell in them, 2 Corinthians 6:16. See Trapp on " 2Co 6:16 " The enjoyment of God is heaven itself, therefore God is called heaven; "I have sinned against heaven."
