Romans 10:11

For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

Ver. 11. Shall not be ashamed] Maketh not haste, saith the prophet. Shame and confusion follow haste and precipitancy: Sed Deo confisi nunquam confusi. But trust in God is never confused.
