And shall say, Cast ye up, cast ye up, prepare the way, take up the stumblingblock out of the way of my people. And shall say "Then will I say" - ואמר vaomer, to be pointed as the first person future. They are the words of God, as it is plain from the conclusion of the verse; my people, עמי ammi.
