As the cloud is consumed and vanisheth away: so he that goeth down to the grave shall come up no more. As the cloud is consumed - As the cloud is dissipated, so is the breath of those that go down to the grave. As that cloud shall never return, so shall it be with the dead; they return no more to sojourn with the living. See on the following verses.
