And when she had so said, she went her way, and called Mary her sister secretly, saying, The Master is come, and calleth for thee. The Master is come - This was the appellation which he had in the family; and from these words it appears that Christ had inquired for Mary, desiring to have her present, that he might strengthen her faith, previously to his raising her brother.
