[Lachmann and Tischendorf exclude from their text the clause en (G1722) horamati (G3705), but on insufficient authority, as it appears to us.] Thus, as in the case of Cornelius and Peter afterward, there was a mutual preparation of each for each. But what is remarkable here, we have from the historian's pen no account of the vision which Saul had of Ananias coming in to him and putting his hands upon him for the restoration of his sight: we only know it from this interesting allusion to it in the vision which he tells us that, Ananias himself had.
