I, behold, I establish my covenant, х meeqiym (H6965) 'et (H854) bªriytiy (H1285)] - set up or make a "covenant" - i:e., a solemn promise of as binding a nature as a covenant. In Genesis 8:20 the secret decree of God was indicated. Here is an open announcement of it to Noah and his family.
