Them that are sanctified, х hagiazomenous (G37)] - 'them that are being sanctified.' The sanctification (consecration to God) of the elect (1 Peter 1:2) is perfect in Christ once for all (note, Hebrews 10:10). (Contrast the law, Hebrews 7:19; Hebrews 9:9; Hebrews 10:1.) The development of that sanctification is progressive.
