I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour.

I, (even) I, (am) the Lord - Yahweh.

And beside me (there is) no saviour ( mowshiya` (H3467)) - temporally, from Babylon; eternally, from sin and hell (Hosea 13:4; Acts 4:12). The same titles as are applied to Jesus.
