I will pour - or else, imperative; the command of God (see Jeremiah 6:12), 'Pour it out' (Maurer).
The aged with him that is full of days. The former х zaaqeen (H2205)] means out becoming old; the latter a decrepit old man (Maurer), (Job 5:26; Isaiah 65:20, "nor an old man that hath not filled his days").
