Job 31:29

If I rejoiced at the destruction of him that hated me, or lifted up myself when evil found him:

Lifted up himself - in malicious triumph (Proverbs 17:5, "He that is glad at calamities shall not be unpunished;" Proverbs 24:17; Psalms 7:4).
