To the valley of Jiphthah-el, [Septuagint, Ekgai kai Fthaieel] - identified with Jotapata, now Jefat, a village in the mountains of Galilee, midway between the lake of Gennesaret and the bay of Acre. The valley of Jiphthah-el is 'the wady which, commencing among the hills near Jefat, runs down westward into the plain of Akka, under the name of Wady Abilin.
