The way is one not known before to the people of God (Isaiah 42:16); but God, in answer to their prayer, 'teaches them the good way wherein they should walk' (1 Kings 8:36; 1 Kings 8:38); and reveals to those who seek Him 'a right way for them, and for their little ones, and for all their substances' (Ezra 8:21). The true Israel's cry is, "cause me to know the way wherein I should walk; for I lift up my soul unto thee" (Psalms 143:8).
